Brennan came to Thailand in 2009 where prior to founding FazWaz he started his career in real estate at one of Phuket's top property brokerages. Here, he quickly worked his way up the ranks from servicing rental to sales clients and was promoted to the Director of Sales and Marketing. As the CEO of FazWaz, Brennan now calls Bangkok home overseeing the FazWaz Groups operations in Thailand and the expansion to surrounding countries.

Prior to FazWaz, Michael was Vice President of Barclays Investment Bank in the United Kingdom. In this role, he focused on reforming the Fixed Income electronic trading environment in response to regulation arising from the credit crisis of 2008. Before Barclays, Michael worked at Credit Suisse Investment Bank. Michael earned his BSc in Business Management at the University of Aston in England, United Kingdom.

Prior to founding FazWaz, Paul was one of the first brokers and later sales manager at Dubai based real estate agency, Allsopp and Allsopp, now one of the top 3 brokerages in the UAE. Following this he joined an eCommerce platform start-up called GoNabit.
